Compulsory Third-Party Liability (CTPL) insurance is a requirement for the annual motor vehicle registration with the Land Transportation Office. Operating your vehicle on public road is unlawful if your car or motorcycle has no CTPL.
Oriental Assurance Corporation agrees to pay up to P100,000.00 to a third-party for bodily injury, hospitalization and/or death in an accident caused or arising out of the use or operation of the insured car. This will relieve you from liabilities as OAC already assures the third-party victim of compensation, independent of your circumstances at the time of accident.
